1. Who we are
These tools are operated by DGB Strategy ("we", "us", "our"), a boutique commercialisation advisory practice. You can reach us via DGBStrategy.co.uk.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the diagnostic tools or submitting information through them, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
3. Permitted use
The tools are provided for use by founders, operators and programme participants evaluating their commercialisation readiness. You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information when completing a diagnostic;
- use the tools only for lawful purposes connected to your own venture;
- refrain from attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, its databases or any account;
- refrain from automated scraping, bulk submission, load testing or any activity that interferes with normal operation.
4. Accounts
Accounts are issued to authorised DGB Strategy personnel and approved collaborators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or remove any account at our discretion.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a licence to process, store and analyse that information in order to produce your diagnostic output, to follow up with you commercially, and to improve our advisory methodology in aggregated, anonymised form.
6. Intellectual property
The diagnostic frameworks, archetype models, scoring methodology, benchmarks, written content and design of these tools remain the intellectual property of DGB Strategy. You may use your own diagnostic output internally. You may not resell, republish or commercially redistribute the frameworks or methodology without our written permission.
7. No advice, no guarantee
Diagnostic outputs are indicative strategic guidance produced from self-reported inputs. They are not investment, legal, regulatory, tax, clinical or accounting advice, and they are not a guarantee of any commercial outcome. See our disclaimer for the full position.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the tools available but provide them on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the service without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tools or their outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tools after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
